March is Women’s History Month and this year the Military-Connected Resource Center is partnering with UNO’s English Department and the Criss Library to recognize and honor our local female military veterans by creating public exhibits with your help! 

We are seeking support from UNO's military-connected community to tell their stories and loan us their (or their family member's):

• Female military uniform outfits or pieces
• Pictures of women servicemembers 
• Artifacts such as medals, coins, patches, etc. related to a female veteran or servicemember's time in service

Even if you don’t have physical items to loan us, we would love to hear your story! Please email us a short narrative about your service that we can include in the display.

Items can be dropped off at the Military-Connected Resource Center (Milo Bail Student Center, Suite 117) no later than February 13, and picked up the first week of April. We ask that contributors include the following information with their items:

• Contact phone number/email:
• Items loaned:
• Branch of service:
• Years worn:
• 1-2 Paragrah narrative on the military member's time in service:
