The UNO Jazz Ensembles will present a Latin Jazz Concert featuring GRAMMY-winning trombonist Francisco Torres. Originally from Sonora, Mexico, Francisco now hails from Los Angeles where he serves as musical director for Latin Jazz icon Poncho Sanchez. The concert will also feature Chilean percussionist extraordinaire Michael Pujado. Francisco and Michael will perform as featured guest artists with the UNO Jazz Ensemble, UNO Jazz Two, and the Metropolitan Area Youth Jazz Orchestra.
Admission and Parking Information
Admission is FREE, but donations will be accepted to support the UNO Jazz Program through the Wear Black Give Back campaign. Click here to view a video of the 2022 UNO Latin Jazz Concert.
There is open parking (no permit required) after 7 P.M. across the Dodge Campus, including all surface lots and the East and West Garages. View more details and the campus map.
