About this Event
Learn how to talk with your employees about what motivates them, what inspires them, and where they see room for improvement to help them be more engaged. You'll learn what questions to ask, how to navigate requests from employees and how to use the information you gain.
We will hold two sessons of this training, with a cap of 10 participants each.
