It explores modern ground- and space-based astronomy, the Solar System’s planets and small bodies, stellar life cycles, nebulae, galaxies, cosmic structures, and the Big Bang. Emphasis is placed on technological progress, the vast scale and dynamic nature of the Universe, and enduring questions about its origin, fate, and our place within it.
