Come Buy a Teddy Bear!

Stop by one of our few locations and purchase a teddy bear to donate to the Rainbow House at Children's Nebraska! The Carolyn Scott Rainbow House located at 7825 Farnam Drive in Omaha is a 56-room guest house for out-of-town families who are coming to Children’s Nebraska from more than 90 miles outside of Omaha.

 

What do you do with the Teddy Bear?

  • Bring your Teddy Bear(s) and donate at the Maverick Miracle Night on Saturday, February 8th at Baxter Arena.  Collection boxes will be at the entrances. All donations are given to the Rainbow House with Children’s Nebraska.
  • Bring your Teddy Bear(s) and drop off in Milo Bail Student Center 126 in the collection box.  All donations are given to the Rainbow House with Children’s Nebraska.
  • Keep your Teddy Bear or give it as a Valentine gift! 

 

UNO Dance Marathon plans to sell Teddy Bears the following ways:

  • Online pre-order – https://mavsync.unomaha.edu/submitter/form/start/670947
  • Purchase in Milo Bail Student Center 126 anytime Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.
  • Purchase Friday, February 7th at the pre-game hockey party at Godfather’s Pizza in Aksarben Village (5pm-6:30pm)
  • Purchase Saturday, February 8th on the concourse at Baxter Arena (prior to hockey from 6pm-7:30pm)

 

Purchase on campus:

  • February 4th – 11am-1pm in the Milo Bail Student Center Atrium
  • February 5th – 11am-1:30pm in Mammel Hall Atrium
  • February 6th – 12pm-2pm in the Milo Bail Student Center Atrium

 

If you pre-ordered, we will contact you where to pick up and pay on-campus!

 

All proceeds benefit UNO Dance Marathon! 

  • Students pay $5 per Teddy Bear
  • Non-students pay $10 per Teddy Bear
