The selection of works in this gallery forms part of a series created while Majeski was living in Ashland, Nebraska, thus the title. They represent his organic process of discovery—collaging hand-printed paper onto cut forms—with each piece seemingly leading to the next through an evolving visual language of creative possibilities.

Thomas Majeski is a UNO graduate (BFA 1960), Emeritus Professor of Art and Art History (1963–1999), founder of the UNO Print Workshop (est. 1976), and a founding member of Friends of Art in Omaha.
