Registration is currently live to participate in the University Committee for the Advancement of Teaching (UCAT)’s Teaching Observation and Student Exchanges initiative. Full-time faculty become eligible for $300 in professional development funds by engaging in a structured teaching observation, participating in the Student Engagement Exchange (Spring 2024), and one item of their choice from the following: participating in Teaching Analysis By Students (spring), attending the Student Engagement Presentation (11/3 from 1:30-2:30), joining a Community of Practice, or completing an additional teaching observation with their partner or another colleague.
