DESCRIPTION:Updates for the 2023-24 academic year!\n\n \n\nTo give faculty
members more options on how to assess their classes\, registrants must sele
ct at least one of the TABS services offered to participate. To receive eva
luation results\, participants must complete a brief asynchronous module in
Bridge that includes information on how to read\, interpret\, and improve
evaluation results. After the module has been completed and the week evalua
tions have been sent to students has concluded\, results will be shared wit
h the faculty member by the Center for Faculty Excellence.\n\n \n\nTABS pro
vides faculty with an opportunity to assess pedagogical strengths and weakn
esses by requesting mid-semester student evaluations. All assessments are c
onfidential and free.\n\n\nTABS provides the faculty member with both quali
tative and quantitative results. TABS reports include valuable information
specific to the class currently taught with the opportunity to make changes
within that class prior to the end of the semester.\n\n\nFaculty members r
eceive a confidential consultation with a trained TABS consultant\, with re
sults shared only with the faculty member.
