What is a wicked student, and how can we create them, and why does this matter? Paul Hanstedt, author of Creating Wicked Students: Designing Courses for a Complex World, will present his insights regarding how general education and other courses can be designed to address the complex and evolving challenges of our world. Hanstedt's presentation will be followed by a discussion led by UNO faculty members. Read more about Hanstedt's approach in his 2020 Inside Higher Ed article, It's Time to Get Rid of Distribution Requirements.
