Last chance to purchase 100% natural hemp handcrafted products from Vietnam on November 20 (Wednesday), 10 AM – 2 PM, Mammel Hall Atrium. 

Thank you very much to everyone who have supported the CBA in Vietnam: Handicraft Project for close to a decade now. Your support has provided gifts of opportunity to four groups of women in Vietnam by ensuring that they earn a fair price for their handcrafted items. This has enabled the women to provide for their families, send their children to school, and help ensure a better future, all while preserving traditional skills and techniques.

The handicraft project has ended and most of the sales proceeds raised by the Students for Microenterprise Development have directly benefited the women involved in the project. Thus, the sales proceeds for this November’s sales event will go to two UNO student support funds at UNO.
