Join the CEHHS Diversity, Equity, Access, and Inclusion Committee on Friday, March 1 from 12 - 1 p.m. for a Lunch and Learn presentation:
- Microaggressions and Microresistance
- Presenter: Dr. Ferial Pearson, Assistant Professor, Teacher Education
- Location: Roskens Hall, room 412
Participants will learn the reasons behind why addressing microaggressions is important, how to define and recognize microaggressions, and four Microresistance strategies they can use to cope with, respond to, and/or challenge microaggressions when they happen to them or others.
