Angel Starks is an Omaha native and UNO alumna with a Nebraska Real Estate License. She is the President and CEO of Locale Real Estate Services and a dedicated leader in the real estate industry, serving on various committees and holding leadership roles in the Women’s Council of REALTORS®. Beyond real estate, Angel is passionate about education and advocacy, serving as a Lead Educational Advocate and contributing to nonprofit boards.
