Introduction to AI and Machine Learning on Holland Computing Center Resources

This presentation will give participants an introduction to using the University of Nebraska's Holland Computing Center resources for running Artificial intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) workflows.
Participants will:
- Learn how to access and utilize GPU resources on HCC's Swan Supercomputer.
- Be introduced to the National Research Platform (NRP), a free research resource for running GPU-based AI and ML workflows.
- Receive training on utilizing HCC's new National Science Foundation-funded resource named PLUMAGE (Promoting Learning Using Mixed Advanced GPU Environments) and integrated in both Swan and the National Research Platform.
These are all of the amazing FREE resources we have to accelerate the computational side of research and reduce your time to science. No advanced expertise is required; this session is appropriate for those with beginner to intermediate experience. Lunch will be provided for participants.
