Join us for a flavorful and educational midday experience as part of our Food Tour Lunch & Learn series! Chef Anthony Warrior will be serving a delicious menu featuring bison and salmon, along with wojapi—highlighting Indigenous culinary traditions and history. Bison, once central to Native American diets, became scarce due to near extinction. Today, many Indigenous communities are working to reintroduce buffalo into their foodways, honoring culture and sustainability.

While enjoying your meal, take a moment to visit the Urban Indian Center to learn more about the vital services and resources they offer to the Omaha community. All are welcome! Must have MavCARD or NUID.
