Presented by UNO Campus Recreation and Wellness as part of its ongoing effort to inform, educate, and empower the campus community to adapt a healthier lifestyle.

Over 700 students, faculty, staff members, and alumni from the UNO community attend this event each year. This event will feature around 70 vendors, free screenings, door prizes and free giveaways, free chair massages, and the annual wellness blood screening. Due to required fasting, the deadline to sign up for the screening is Nov. 5.

Connect with UNO Human Resources at the Fair!

The HR Benefits Team will be at  this year’s Health & Wellness Fair. Stop by the HR Benefits Table to ask questions about annual enrollment. At the fair, you can also connect with benefit and retirement vendors, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, EmpiRx, EyeMed, TIAA, Fidelity, BestCare EAP, and Inspira. 

Note: Special information sessions will also be held on select dates for faculty and staff to learn more about this year's enrollment and speak directly with members of the HR Benefits Team.
