UNO Rec Well is so thankful for all of our students, members, faculty, and staff.

We are gifting all UNO faculty, staff, and members of UNO Campus Recreation and Wellness, free access for their children 18 years and younger.

Faculty/ Staff without a membership must purchase a day pass. 

The facility will have adjusted hours.

Activities Available 

A parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver for their child entering the facility, and an adult must be present in the facility with any child 15 years or younger at all times. Adults without memberships must purchase a membership or day pass.

Basketball Courts

Available on a first-come, first-served basis for Volleyball, Pickleball, Badminton, or basketball.

Swimming Pool

• Friday: 11 A.M - 1 P.M. and 4 - 7 P.M.
• Sunday: 1-5P.M.

Rock Climbing Wall: (Ages 5 and older)

• Friday: Noon - 2 P.M.
• Saturday: Noon - 5 P.M.
• Sunday: Noon - 5 P.M.

Weight Rooms and Cardio Equipment

Those 16+ can use the weight rooms and cardio equipment.
