DESCRIPTION:HyFlex (Hybrid-Flexible) is a dynamic instructional model that
empowers students with the flexibility to select their preferred mode of pa
rticipation and actively shape their learning experience – whether it's att
ending scheduled in-person classroom sessions or engaging online\, either s
ynchronously or asynchronously. HyFlex represents an innovative approach th

, HyFlex courses can create a vibrant learning ecosystem that enhances the
educational journey for all students\, regardless of their physical presenc
e in the classroom or their virtual participation. This course will explore
the world of HyFlex learning and discover how it can revolutionize the way
we learn and teach in today's educational landscape. In this course partic
ipants will learn the design framework for building HyFlex learning opportu
nities\, identify opportunities for HyFlex learning approaches\, and evalua
te the impact of the HyFlex approach on learning outcomes. Format: This no
n-credit course is offered online using the Canvas LMS. This course include
 s two parts\, each offered over a 3-week period. It is asynchronous\, but n
