First Friday Weight Room Orientations with Campus Recreation and Wellness

New to the weight room? We’re here to help! Join us the first Friday of every month for a free Weight Room Orientation and learn your way around the facility. Our staff will walk you through the weight room, showing you where equipment is located, explaining the layout, highlighting key areas, and answering your questions so you feel more confident navigating the space.
Fall Semester Dates
September 4 - North Weight Room
October 2 - South Weight Room
November 6 - North Weight Room
December 4 - South Weight Room
