Open to those who have previously completed Foundations. 

This session is a refresher of the Foundations course, and participation in the session will extend faculty search committee eligibility for those who attend. The search process is central to recruiting a diverse faculty body and fostering an inclusive environment for faculty, students, and staff. This workshop combines brief presentations with active discussions focused on empirically-based best practices that encourage small groups to learn from each other’s experiences and ideas.
