This hands-on two-part workshop led by Drs. Ada-Rhodes Wish (School of Interdisciplinary Informatics) and Ren Mendoza (Teacher Education) will help faculty break out of the constraints of traditional post-secondary education and consider how their programs can be improved by examining Montessori education approaches and problem-solving methods.

Applying Montessori methods can improve students' expertise, confidence, and independence while cultivating a robust cohort that supports students from their first day of the college program through defending their dissertations.
