The annual Engaged Teaching and Learning Showcase, formerly the Annual Service Learning Showcase, celebrates how our community and university co-create throughout teaching and learning spaces. Join us for an evening of engagement, exchange, and experiential learning at its finest!
Get ready for a fast-paced, high-energy session showcasing the depth and breadth of community-engaged teaching and research! This dynamic gathering kicks off with eight compelling lightning talks, each packed with insights into experiential learning in action.
For the first 45 minutes, speakers will present back-to-back, offering a rapid-fire look at innovative approaches that bridge academia and the community. Then, dive deeper in small group discussions, where you’ll have the chance to engage directly with presenters in a rotating table format—quick, interactive, and thought-provoking.
Expect lively conversations, big ideas, and a buzzing atmosphere, all fueled by beverages and hearty appetizers. Whether you're an educator, researcher, or community partner, this event is designed to inspire, connect, and ignite new possibilities.
