Get ready, Omaha — Big Dreams is taking over Stinson Park this August! Hosted by CRCC – Connected Roots Care Center, Big Dreams is a high-energy, family-friendly festival packed with live music, hands-on fun, and community celebration. Add in incredible local and regional performers, interactive activities, food, and community experiences, and you've got a day filled with big fun and even bigger dreams.

Kick off the day with a fun run/5K for all ages and abilities, then let kids dive into a full activity zone with face painting, balloon artists, interactive experiences, creative maker stations, and nonstop discovery — all thoughtfully designed to celebrate children of all abilities and create a welcoming, inclusive experience for every family.

Add in amazing food trucks, local vendors, and family-focused organizations, and you’ve got a full day built for connection, creativity, and joy. 

Students can sign up to attend and get an event bag from the Office of Spirit and Tradition. The bag will feature sunscreen, sunglasses, a cooling towel, a lunch and dessert voucher in Aksarben Village. Sign up here.
