UNO Campus Recreation & Wellness is excited to showcase our newest wellness item that will be available for students to check out in Spring 2024 from the front desk. We invite students to stop by the Atrium of H&K to use our bright lights. Come study or do some arts and crafts to release some stress from finals. Sitting in front of Bright Light Lamps for 20-30 minutes a day can increase energy, help regulate sleep, improve mood, memory, and so much more. Brighten your finals week with Campus Recreation & Wellness.
