Kick off finals week with a relaxing candlelight yin yoga practice! Wear your most comfortable clothes and be ready to hold postures 3-5 minutes with a variety of props to support you (bolsters, blankets, straps, etc). A mellow yoga class will help you prepare to wrap up your semester on a calming note!
