#KnowTheOThe campus community is invited to attend a formal dedication and reception honoring two figures central to the University of Nebraska at Omaha's history.
The lives and contribution of Rev. Daniel E. Jenkins, the university's first president, and Phillip Milo Bail, who served as president of Omaha University from 1948-1965, will be permanently honored through a pair of statues located on the plaza of the Milo Bail Student Center.
The statues were generously donated to the university by UNO alumni Beverly and Al Thomsen.
