DESCRIPTION:Communities of Practice (CoPs) are faculty-led professional dev
 elopment groups that meet periodically and work toward outcomes related to
  writing/research/creative activity\, student success\, or general educati
 on. After the group facilitator submits a brief report in mid-April\, each
  member is compensated $100 – typically paid out in May.\n\n \n\nIf you
