About this Event

Join the CEHHS Diversity, Equity, Access, and Inclusion Committee on Tuesday, March 26 from 12 - 1 p.m. for a Lunch and Learn presentation:
In this session, we will explore what it means to build and sustain productive, reciprocal, and respectful relationships with BIPOC faculty across demographic lines and ranks, drawing from equity-conscious frameworks. Endo will share key elements from the mentoring-partnership initiatives she has launched over the past 15 years in different cross-institutional or institutional contexts, including how her home institution (UW Tacoma) recently piloted and scaled out this general model to support BIPOC and other faculty. In this session, we also will share knowledge, resources, and strategies with each other, and invite willing participants to share their own lessons learned and success stories.
This Lunch and Learn presentation is co-sponsored by the CEHHS Diversity, Equity, Access, and Inclusion Committee, the UNO Center for Faculty Excellence, and the UNO Office of Diversity and Equity, Access, and Inclusion
