Join Campus Recreation & Wellness and Gender Sexuality Resource Center for a trauma-informed yoga class, focused on the UNO LGBTQIA+ community and their allies, taught by a trained instructor through Black & Pink. This yoga class aims to create a space that honors individual experiences, ensuring a supportive atmosphere for all participants. 

Whether you are a seasoned yoga enthusiast or a first-time participant, this class welcomes individuals of all levels. Come and experience the power of movement, breath, and mindfulness. The first 25 participants will receive the Be You, Do You, For You 2024 t-shirt.
