UNO proudly honors 25 years of service learning courses in all colleges and levels. As such, Showcase this year will focus on engagement—both students and community—in service learning courses.

We hope you will consider how your course engages students and community partners and allows sharing what you have learned, data collected, best practices, challenges, and more. The event will involve poster presentations and a faculty panel. This is also an excellent opportunity for faculty to learn about teaching with a service learning component. 

Call for Faculty Presenters / Submission Process

MARCH 21, 2024 UPDATES: Please note we have adjusted submission dates and times in the below.

• The registration date is now extended. Please register online as soon as possible.
• If you want us to print your poster for you, your presentation should be submitted for print by March 26, 2024 by 12 P.M. Please submit your posters directly to Chisom Oguh at coguh@unomaha.edu. 
• We are excited to invite faculty members to author posters that articulate how engagement has been integrated into their teaching, research, and/or service.
• Presenters must register online. Please this is the registration process - the poster process is separate from this. Please use the online form to register to present.
• When you submit the registration form, this automatically creates a spot for you to present at Showcase.
