The Earth Day of Service 2024 theme is "Bold Community, Beautifying our Environment, and Belonging to Earth". This year Earth Day volunteer projects will focus on assisting with community gardens both campus and Omaha community as well as provide education on Indigenous foodways and other ways YOU can help sustain the environment. Lunch and transportation provided.
Partners for this year's event: Maverick Food Pantry, Volunteer and Civic Engagement Programs, SustainUNO, InterTribal Student Council, Tri-Faith Initiative, City Sprouts, & Lauritzen Gardens

The Volunteer and Civic Engagement Programs (VCE) at the University of Nebraska at Omaha is one of several units and initiatives within the Office of Engagement (OE).
