Join us for an engaging panel discussion on the intersection of health disparities and human rights. Experts will explore how systemic inequities, social determinants, and policy gaps contribute to unequal health outcomes across communities in Omaha and Nebraska.

Dr. Athena Ramos (Associate Professor, UNMC Center for Reducing Health Disparities), Dr. Falah Rashoka (Assistant Professor, Creighton University) and Ms. Shanda Ross (Director of Engagement Outreach and Belonging, Nebraska Medicine) will provide insights into current challenges and innovative solutions that prioritize justice in healthcare access and delivery. Dr. Lana Obradovic (Associate Professor, UNO) will moderate.

This is a must for anyone interested in research-based practices for improving health and dignity for all. Lunch provided.

NOTE: This is a hybrid event. Registration for physical or zoom attendance is required.
